Pay
securely by credit card, or if you have a verified PayPal account, pay securely
directly from your checking or savings account. Just go to the Books
page, add the books you want to your shopping cart, and check out. It's
that easy! All orders from the Books page are shipped Priority Mail through
USPS. If you prefer to have your book(s) shipped via Media Mail, please
see Check, Money Order, and Faxed Purchases.
We can also now accept credit cards for telephone and in-person orders.

Check,
Money Order and Faxed Purchases
To
pay by personal check or money order, or to pay by PayPal and have your
book(s) sent via Media Mail, please click on the button below. A form will
appear in this window (you can get back to this page from the form). Please
fill it out, print or fax it, and follow the directions for payment. If
you have any questions or problems, please e-mail
us. Please also note that, if paying by personal check, your order will
not be shipped until your check has cleared the bank.

Shipping
Information:
- Media
Mail takes approximately one week to most destinations in the U.S.
- Priority
Mail takes approximately 1-3 days to most destinations in the U.S.
- All domestic credit card orders will be shipped Priority
Mail.
- All
domestic packages will include Delivery Confirmation.
- We
are happy to ship internationally. Please e-mail
us for actual shipping costs.
- We
will e-mail a shipping confirmation notice when your order has shipped.
Most orders only take 1-2 business days to fulfill.

Tracking
Information:
- Neither
Media Mail nor Priority Mail can be tracked, but with Delivery Confirmation,
we can be sure that you received your order. Should a shipment wander
off into the Great Postal Unknown, we will know about it and can send
another shipment promptly.

offer quantity discounts and combined shipping on orders of multiple books.

Returns
Information:
- Returns
will be accepted only from resellers who purchased books directly from
Yaldah Publishing. Please see our Reseller's Page
for returns terms and conditions.
- All books will be inspected and carefully packaged before
shipping. If damage through the postal mail is a concern, we encourage
you to buy insurance when you order.
- Books sent from retailers, including Amazon.com and BN.com,
must be returned to them for refund or exchange.
- Resellers: Books ordered
through Baker & Taylor, Ingram, or another wholesaler or distributor
must be returned to them. If you ordered books directly through Yaldah
Publishing, please see our Reseller's Page

Statement:
- Yaldah Publishing does not share or sell any information
collected from customers.
- Information collected includes name, shipping address,
telephone number, e-mail address, and purchase history, and may be used
internally by Yaldah Publishing for electronic or paper announcements
of new releases that may be of interest to customers. If you do not wish
to receive any announcements of new releases, please e-mail
us and let us know.
- All credit card and electronic purchases
that are made via the shopping cart on this site are handled by PayPal's secure servers. Yaldah
Publishing has no access to that data.
