| New Accounts | To establish a new account with us, please fill out our Reseller Information Sheet and return it to us by e-mail, fax, or postal mail. When filling out this form, be sure to include your Reseller Certificate Number. If you are not a current member of the American Booksellers Association or located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, we will also require at least two trade references. We will set up an account for you that will automatically figure in your discount as well as put you in the tax-exempt category. | |

| Purchase Orders and Terms | For your first couple of orders, prepayment is required. After we've established a satisfactory relationship, we may offer other terms. We are firm on this policy. You are also welcome to order books through Baker & Taylor or Ingram. If you need books for a special event or by a certain date, please allow at least three (3) weeks from your date of order so we can make sure you receive books on time. We cannot be responsible for books arriving late when we are not given enough advance notice in the order. Purchase orders are welcome but not required. We accept major credit cards, money orders, or checks. We are happy to follow any special instructions listed on the purchase order regarding shipping and billing addresses, number of copies of the invoice, and delivery date requirements. If you would like books shipped collect using your own shipping account, please let us know when you place your order. |

Single Title Order Plan (STOP) requests receive a 20% discount on a returnable basis or a 25% discount on a non-returnable basis. All STOP requests must include payment. |

| Terms of Shipment |
All books are shipped FOB St. Paul, MN. Please call or e-mail for a shipping quote. If your store is located in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, please call or e-mail us; we can probably deliver them. Note: Yaldah Publishing is not responsible for lost or damaged items shipped via air mail, media mail, or library rate. |

| Advance Orders |
We do accept advance orders for books not yet published, starting on the pre-sale date specified for that title. Prepayment is required unless you are already on credit terms with us. If we offer a pre-publication discount on a title, it cannot be combined with the reseller discount. Please e-mail us if you have any questions about advance orders or pre-publication discounts. |

| Pricing |
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Orders will be filled at prices and on terms in effect on the date of shipment. |

| Returns |
Returns will be accepted for credit if items are received still in new (not shelfworn) condition and within 12 months of the date of purchase. In order to facilitate proper credit to your account, please follow our guidelines and process your return as detailed below:

| Damaged Books |
If you receive a damaged item, please save the packaging along with the damaged item and let us know. In most cases, we will want you to send us the damaged item along with its packaging so we can file a claim with the shipping company. We cannot accept claims for damage when the packaging has been lost or discarded, because then neither we nor the shipping company can verify where the damage occurred. We also cannot accept claims for damage more than 10 business days after the package has arrived. If you have saved the packaging and notified us about the damage, please let us know whether you want us to reship the order immediately under the original invoice, ship the order under a new invoice, or cancel the order entirely. |

| Defective or Wrong Books |
If you receive the wrong book or a defective book (eg: pages missing), please let us know if you'd like us to reship the order immediately under the original invoice, ship the order under a new invoice, or cancel the order entirely. Please return the defective or wrong book via the cheapest shipping method available to: Yaldah Publishing Let us know how much additional credit we should issue to cover your return shipping cost. |

| Missing Order |
If an order does not arrive when you expect it, please let us know and we will check when your order was processed and shipped. For a book that has not yet been published, feel free to e-mail us for its current expected shipping date. |

| Accounts in Arrears |
We invoice based on either prepayment or Net 30 terms. If an account is over 30 days past due, a 5% late fee will be assessed on all unpaid balances and we may require prepayment for future orders. No additional orders can be processed until all overdue invoices are paid. If an account is 60 days or more past due and the account holder has refused to send payment, it may be turned over to a collection agency. In that unfortunate event, all collection charges and interest allowable by law will be invoiced. |
